Hey, I'm Elle! I'm a firm believer that movement is medicine and that the human body is capable of amazing things. My own journey through car accidents, chronic pain, and injuries has taught me the importance of not just moving, but moving well. I created Elementally Wild Wellness because I saw a need for a different kind of fitness – one that’s not about punishing workouts or unrealistic expectations. It's about honoring your body, celebrating its cycles, and building the strength and mobility you need to live your life to the fullest. My goal is to be your guide, your cheerleader, and your partner in this journey. Let's get moving!

Might be that you’re curious as a mover and shaker, but skeptical if this bendy-flexy thing is helpful for your training gains.
Could be that you’re a resilient rebel defying pain’s grip with grit, unsure of how yoga can help turn setbacks into comebacks.
Conceivably, you’re a bravehearted battler, taming the anxiety monster, and desiring new ways to slay the dragons of discomfort.
It could be that you’re a geeky hermit with a hunger for the knowledge of mobility or yoga, but may have a strong aversion to (most) human interactions.
Maybe you’ve misplaced your self-love sparkle and are on the hunt for the long lost treasure map back to your awesome self.
Imaginably, you’re a neuro navigator charting unique mental maps and seeking mindful practices to soothe and slow your monkey-brain.

What exactly do you mean by "training for life?
It means we focus on building practical, real-world strength and mobility. Our goal isn't just to have a good workout; it's to make your body more capable for everything you do outside of a session. Whether that's carrying groceries, lifting your kids, hiking a mountain, or simply getting through your workday without aches and pains—we're training for that. It’s about making your everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
Can I still train with you if I have a pre-existing injury or condition?
Absolutely. This is where my work began and it remains a cornerstone of what I do. We will start exactly where you are, creating a program that respects your body's limits while intelligently building strength and resilience around them. My goal is to help you feel capable and confident, not fragile. With your permission, I’m also happy to collaborate with your doctor or physical therapist to ensure we're all on the same team.
How is this different from physical therapy or just going to the gym?
We fill the gap between those two worlds. Unlike some physical therapy that ends once your acute pain is gone, we focus on building long-term strength to prevent future issues. And unlike a traditional gym setting that can feel intimidating or one-size-fits-all, our work is completely personalized to your body, your history, and your specific life goals.
Which is better for me: in-person or virtual training?
Both paths lead to the same destination: a stronger, more mobile you. The best choice is simply the one that fits your life. In-Person Training is great if you thrive on dedicated time in a focused space and benefit from hands-on adjustments. Virtual Training is perfect if you love the convenience of being at home, have a busy schedule, or live outside the local area. No matter which you choose, you get the same level of personalized coaching and dedicated support. The most effective workout is the one you can consistently show up for!
What kind of equipment do I need, especially for virtual sessions?
You need a lot less than you think! My philosophy is centered on using what you have. We can build an incredibly effective program using just your body weight. If you happen to have things like resistance bands, dumbbells, or a yoga mat, that's fantastic—we'll absolutely use them. But the most important thing you need is a willingness to show up for yourself; I'll take care of the rest.
