My Coaching Philosophy: Training for Life
I believe that movement is our natural state, and that a strong, mobile body is the key to living a full and adventurous life. My own journey through injury taught me that true wellness isn't about punishing workouts or chasing perfection; it's about building resilience, honoring your body's cycles, and moving with intention.
My philosophy is built on one simple idea: we are training for life. Whether that means having the strength to lift your kids, the endurance to explore a new trail, the stability to age gracefully, or the confidence to move without pain—our work together is designed to support the life you want to live. We will combine foundational strength with functional mobility in a way that is challenging, supportive, and completely tailored to you. I'm not just your trainer; I am your partner in discovering what your body is capable of.
Our Coaching Partnership
A successful coaching relationship is a two-way street built on trust, communication, and shared commitment.
My Commitment to You (The Coach):
- I will always listen to your needs, goals, and feedback, designing programs that are both safe and effective for you.
- I will provide a clear plan for each session so you feel prepared and confident in our work.
- I will create a supportive, empowering, and judgment-free environment.
- I will be your guide and motivator, helping you navigate challenges and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
Your Commitment to Our Work (The Client):
- You agree to show up for yourself, both physically and mentally. Your progress is a direct reflection of your dedication and consistency.
- You agree to arrive for sessions on time and ready to move.
- You agree to maintain open and honest communication, sharing feedback about what is (and isn't) working for you.
- You agree to be an active collaborator in your wellness journey. This is your path; I am here to guide you.
Studio Policies
Scheduling, Lateness & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best service to all clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice via the app or email to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding.
- Lateness: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a 60-minute session, the session will be forfeited. If you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time in your scheduled slot.
- Coach's Time: If I am ever running late, you will be credited that time back at a future session. If I need to cancel a session, you will of course retain that session credit.
Session Packages & Payments
- Expiration: All session packages must be used within 60 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise arranged. After this period, any unused sessions will expire.
- Refunds: All session packages and private sessions are non-refundable. In the case of a significant medical event that prevents you from training, exceptions may be considered at my discretion with a formal doctor's note.
- Transferability: Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them.
Training Programs & Video Use
All custom training programs, videos, and recordings provided to you are for your personal use only. They are the intellectual property of Elementally Wild Wellness and are not to be shared, copied, or distributed.

Your experience is my top priority. If you have any feedback, questions, or concerns about our work together, please do not hesitate to reach out at any time. Open communication is key to our success, and all feedback will be received with kindness and addressed in a timely manner.
