Hey, I'm Elle! I'm a firm believer that movement is medicine and that the human body is capable of amazing things. My own journey through car accidents, chronic pain, and injuries has taught me the importance of not just moving, but moving well. I created Elementally Wild Wellness because I saw a need for a different kind of fitness – one that’s not about punishing workouts or unrealistic expectations. It's about honoring your body, celebrating its cycles, and building the strength and mobility you need to live your life to the fullest. My goal is to be your guide, your cheerleader, and your partner in this journey. Let's get moving!
